Summary:
This position requires someone with strong leadership ability and excellent organizational skills.
Duties will include monitoring sales, managing warehouse activities, working with logistics to oversee delivery routes, working with team to ensure customer satisfaction, supervising the distribution of stone and kitchen/bath accessories for Ohio and Kentucky.
Essential Job Functions:
Responsible for daily operations of production activities in a fast-paced warehouse.
Plan and control operating costs and facility budgets.
Maintain operational standards and can identify and correct conditions that impact customer satisfaction Ensure proper work methods are being followed to maximize productivity, performance, and safety.
Monitor and meet all order accuracy requirements that focus on quality receiving and shipping of orders.
Supervise and coach direct reports in the performance of their duties; complete performance reviews and provide feedback to direct reports.
Minimum Position
Qualifications:
Demonstrated leadership, coaching, and influencing skills Outstanding organizational skills Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills Desired Previous Job Experience 2-5 years supervision experience in wholesale distribution.
