Desired candidate would have basic plumbing, electrical, mechanical and customer service knowledge.
This candidate will be skilled in a wide range of areas, but they will also be able to recognize when a repair is outside of their skill set and make a recommendation to their manager.
Handyman skills and qualifications might include:
Ability to safely use common power and hand tools Electrical knowledge and repair skills HVAC knowledge and repair skills Experience installing and replacing plumbing systems Strong communication skills with property management and tenants Self-starter with good time management skills Good driving record.
Ability pass drug test.
Able to lift 75 pounds.
Able to work with someone or by yourself as needed.
Able to sit, stand or reach without pain.
Motivated individuals.
Hours vary and negotiable.
Full time desired but part time accepted.
Overtime available Medical, Dental and Vision available after 90 days.
