$72,500 to $82,500 Per Year You'll Be Responsible For:
Providing leadership to nursing staff by overseeing the daily Nursing Department operations Maintaining compliance with Department of Health regulations Promoting excellent customer service experience and clinical outcomes Analyzing trends and implementing solutions for quality assurance initiatives Completing daily documentation and clinical chart reviews Overseeing staffing levels, work schedules and assignments for staff Performing personnel management duties Participating in recruiting, training, and development of staff You'll Need to Have:
A Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in Ohio Proven leadership experience in a nursing home setting Strong written and verbal communication skills, proficiency in English Familiar with federal and state laws governing long-term care Excellent organization, time management and problem-solving skills Superior customer service skills Strong physical assessment skills We're Proud to Offer you:
