3K a year Technician / Mail Assistant - Butler OH We are looking for a technician to perform all duties pertaining to the installation and general upkeep of customers' telecommunications systems.
Other duties will include assisting the current on-site mail administrator with legal mail responsibilities.
Technician
Responsibilities:
Upgrading and maintaining companies' current telecommunications systems.
Evaluating customers' needs and installing / repairing systems to best meet those needs.
Perform routine tests to ensure telecommunications systems are operating at optimal levels.
Perform diagnostic testing on problematic telecommunications systems to identify and resolve various technical faults.
Run low voltage cabling, CAT5 or CAT6.
Terminating keystones and RJ45s'.
Perform minor computer networking.
Windows and MAC skills (Office).
Order replacement components for various telecommunication systems and devices.
Provide an exceptional customer experience.
Assist on-site mail administrator with scanning / distributing legal mail.
YOU WILL BE WORKING IN BUTLER COUNTY, OH DETENTION CENTER Technician Requirements:
High school diploma or GED.
Must be able to work with others and follow directions.
The ability to work under pressure.
Technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
Must have a good driving record.
Must pass a background check.
Benefits:

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
