The person in this position will perform routine maintenance and general repairs that do not require specialized technicians.
The Facilities Maintenance Employee will perform duties that may include repairing drywall, painting, repairing doors, and general building maintenance.
This position will schedule routine inspections and emergency repairs with outside vendors and ensure proper security measures for the workplace, including collaborating with security system vendors and meeting all regulatory requirements established by OHMHAS and the Joint Commission.
Must be available for response to emergencies and problems that may arise after normal working hours.
This includes evenings, weekends and holidays.
Physical Requirements The employee must occasionally lift or move up to 50-75 pounds.
Ability to walk, and stand for an extended period of time.
