Specialist - User Support, 1 FTE Job
Summary:
The User Support Specialist reports directly to the Senior Director of Technology Operations.
This positions involves collaborating with various teams to complete and lead projects, coordinating vendor support, documenting and aligning procedures with policies, providing user support, and performing additional tasks as directed by senior technology management
Qualifications:
Associate's Degree in Computer Science, MIS or related field with IS experience.
Working Conditions:
8 hours per day, 5 days per week, 260 days per year.
Starting salary of $24.
04 per hour, based on verified previous experience.
