We are seeking experienced individuals who are passionate about producing high-quality apparel using various techniques including embroidery, heat press operation, screen printing, DTF (Direct to Film), and DTG (Direct to Garment) printing.
Responsibilities:
Operate embroidery machines to produce detailed and precise designs on apparel items.
Perform heat press operations to apply graphics, logos, and designs onto garments with accuracy and consistency.
Utilize screen printing techniques to create vibrant and durable prints on various apparel items.
Operate DTF (Direct to Film) printing machine to produce custom designs and graphics directly onto garments.
Ensure the quality and consistency of all produced apparel items, adhering to company standards and customer specifications.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to meet production targets and deadlines.
Follow safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in production and manufacturing, preferably in the apparel industry.
Proficiency in operating heat press equipment.
Experience in embroidery machines, screen printing machines, DTF, and DTG printers is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and precision.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and production demands.
Basic computer skills, including familiarity with design software such as Adobe Illustrator (preferred).
Willingness to learn and develop new skills related to apparel production techniques.
