Responsibilities:
Greeting and serving guests with enthusiasm, courtesy, warmth and hospitality Use CORE 4 model to serve guests; eye contact, smile, speak enthusiastically, heartfelt connection Take orders with speed and accuracy using registers at the front counter or iPads in the drive thru Learn all positions, in time, with proper training:
order taking, window, bagging, drinks, head set, meal delivery to table or in drive thru Multitask quickly, yet thoroughly and look for opportunities to stock and clean when not serving guests Be team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, with a strong work ethic Work on their feet for several hours at a time Communicate effectively with guests and Team Members Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times Complete all opening or closing tasks as assigned Honor and encourage others to follow the vision and values of the Restaurant Other duties as assigned Back of House Team Member
Responsibilities:
Serving Guests by preparing, cooking, assembling, and presenting food safely, quickly and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A standards Learn all positions, in time, with proper training for all kitchen stations, including fries, breading, assembling, boards, and food prep Stock kitchen inventory as needed Keep the kitchen neat, clean and orderly at all times Keep up-to-date with new products rolled out by Chick-fil-A Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to Leadership Maintain personal knowledge by completing in-house training and stay up-to-date on any changes Be team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, with a strong work ethic Work on their feet for several hours at a time Complete all opening or closing tasks as assigned Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times Other duties as assigned Qualifications and Requirements:
Consistency and reliability Cheerful and positive attitude Loves serving and helping others Customer service oriented Strong interpersonal skills Detail-oriented Able to multi-task Works well independently and in a team environment Be willing and able to work a flexible schedule Have the ability to lift and carry 10-15 lbs on a regular basis Have the ability to stand for long periods of time Most Chick-fil-A Restaurants are operated by independent franchised business owners who make all their own employment decisions and are responsible for their own content and policies.
