The Woodlands of Hamilton is a state-of-the-art Assisted Living and Memory Care Community in Hamilton, Ohio. The Woodlands of Hamilton strives to provide senior adults with a quality lifestyle in an inspiring environment. We are looking for a responsible and organized individual to join our team as the Business Office Manager. This part time position will be responsible for handling payroll, accounts receivable/accounts payable, and other office manager duties as needed.
Requirements:
Qualified candidates will have 2 or more year(s) general office or bookkeeping experience including experience with AR/AP and payroll. Good office management skills, ability to multi-task, deal with interruptions, and the ability to work general office equipment and have a working knowledge of MS Office (Word & Excel). The ideal candidate will have strong verbal and written communication skills, good organization skills, and an attention to detail.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
