Direct hire role - $55-70,000 salary
Center Grid is looking for a talented Service Delivery Support Analyst to join our team of skilled information systems and technology professionals in the Cincinnati area.
Job Description:
The Service Delivery Support Analyst is responsible for ensuring effective and efficient delivery and ongoing support for customer solutions. Support includes account management, project management, and service management for all product(s) and processes throughout the solutions lifecycle.
Job Tasks Include:
Providing technical account management for customers (e.g. incident, change management).
Facilitating time reporting and customer billing/invoicing processes.
Developing service management/monitoring processes, customization, and training curriculum.
Performing auditing and controls to maximize customer support and satisfaction.
Manage projects/implementation for customer solutions.
Documentation of all of the above.
This position is support-based and requires extensive customer and team interaction. This may require travel to training sites for extended periods, and incidental travel to customer sites.
Basic
Qualifications:
Must be legally able to work for any employer in the US without sponsorship.
Exceptional oral/written communication and customer engagement/relationship skills.
3 years of IT infrastructure service operations experience in an enterprise class environment.
3 years of experience writing documentation in a technical environment.
ITIL Service Management Foundation certification(s).
Ability to pass background checks to work on state/federal government projects/programs.
Additional Preferred Skills:
Bachelor's degree in information technology or related discipline.
Microsoft Office product(s) competence.
Project Management Professional certification(s).
Compliance and Governance experience (e.g. SSAE-16, HIPAA, PCI, etc.).
Virtualization technologies exposure/familiarity.
Monitoring/management applications experience (e.g. Tivoli, BMC Patrol, Service Now, etc.).
Database applications (Microsoft, Open Source, Oracle, etc.).
