Retnom, Inc., an established event-based marketing firm recently located in the Cincinnati area, is already expanding. Our client base has more than doubled in the last 6 weeks. We have a 911 EMERGENCY when it comes to filling staffing quotas. We need serious-minded individuals who are seeking a new career change.
We are looking for a High School graduate to be trained as an administrator in our office. Individual will be trained to be a recruiter for 2 new offices.
Licensed and insured driver with insured vehicle
Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.
Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred, but not necessary
Job Requirements
Requires 5-6 day work week availability. Ability to apply basic mathematical concepts such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, division and inventory tracking. Understand and respond appropriately to basic customer and employee inquiries. Customer service approach will be tested during training and beyond. Professional attitude and attire, time-keeping, time management, task completion, above 98% attendance, character and enthusiasm will be tested daily. (If you cannot follow instructions or have a poor attitude please do not apply for this position!)
Must be able to read, write and communicate using English language sufficient to perform job functions. Must be willing to be trained from the entry level as in-house promotion is the path to advancement for the right individual with an enthusiastic attitude and great student mentality.
