Note:
While this position is posted in Cincinnati, it can be filled anywhere within the USThe customer service representative is responsible for answering customer's queries on products and services offered by Anixter.
This responsibility includes quotes, order processing, logistic management, order status reports and project management.
This person must foster good communication with external customers and with the Anixter internal teams.
This person will work closely with the customer's planning and purchasing team; also with the Anixter purchasing, credit and OPS team.
Understands clearly the contracts and Statement of Work (SOW) signed with the different customers and must be familiar with the Service Level Agreements as part of the day to day activities.
Responsibilities include:

Responds to customer order and quotation requests received via the telephone, e-mail, written, and faxed correspondence.

Performs necessary follow-up to ensure customer service expectations are met.

Researches and suggests alternative products to customer.

Uses computerized system for tracking, information gathering, and/or troubleshooting.

Oversees day to day transactions and manages the customer daily requests
Works closely with the Customer's Supply Chain Team to determine material consolidation and logistic process.

Responsible for quoting and processing customer's orders.

Responsible for coordinating day to day transactions and projects with the customerSkills & Attributes:

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
